1. Content Creation: Reasoning & Data Interpretation Questions for Bank PO
This internship focuses on Reasoning & Data Interpretation section of Bank PO Exams. We are looking for interns who are interested in designing high-quality Bank PO level questions and contributing to structured, exam-relevant content for aspirants.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design data interpretation sets and reasoning sets similar to actual Bank PO exams
2. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and logical consistency in questions and solutions
3. Develop step-by-step solutions and explanations for each problem
4. Review and refine questions based on feedback
5. Maintain quality, originality, and exam relevance in all created content
For good performers, internship can be extended as a long term engagement.
Who Should Apply
We’re looking for someone who:
- Strong understanding of reasoning and data interpetation cocnepts
- Prior experience with bank exam preparation (self-prep, coaching, or test-taking) is preferred
- Ability to think analytically and structure problems logically
- Good written communication skills for explaining solutions clearly
- Attention to detail and willingness to iterate on feedback
- Students or recent graduates from any discipline are welcome

2. Business Development Intern
As a Business Development Intern, your primary responsibility will be identifying and creating partnership opportunities that can help LearnTheta reach more students.
Your work will include:
- Research and identify potential partner organizations.
- Reach out to colleges, coaching institutes, schools, placement cells, training institutes, NGOs, student communities, and other relevant organizations.
- Generate qualified leads through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other outreach channels.
- Build relationships with decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the founding team.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly follow up with leads.
- Assist in partnership proposals and presentations.
- Work closely with the founders to refine outreach strategies.
Who Should Apply
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
- Is confident talking to new people.
- Is proactive and enjoys networking.
- Is organized and can manage follow-ups consistently.
- Wants hands-on experience in sales, partnerships, or startups.

As a YouTube Educator, you will create long-form educational videos on aptitude and competitive exam topics.

- Logical reasoning shortcuts and tricks
- Exam syllabus breakdowns (SSC CGL, Banking, placements, etc.)

Requirements
- Comfortable speaking in English or Hinglish on camera
- Strong aptitude/problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with at least one competitive exam or placement preparation ecosystem
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engagingly
- Basic video recording setup (good audio preferred)
