Internship Opportunities

1. Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Intern, your primary responsibility will be identifying and creating partnership opportunities that can help LearnTheta reach more students.

Your work will include:

• Research and identify potential partner organizations.
• Reach out to colleges, coaching institutes, schools, placement cells, training institutes, NGOs, student communities, and other relevant organizations.
• Generate qualified leads through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other outreach channels.
• Build relationships with decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the founding team.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly follow up with leads.
• Assist in partnership proposals and presentations.
• Work closely with the founders to refine outreach strategies.

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Is confident talking to new people.
• Is proactive and enjoys networking.
• Is organized and can manage follow-ups consistently.
• Wants hands-on experience in sales, partnerships, or startups.
• Is comfortable using Google Sheets, LinkedIn, email, and basic productivity tools.

Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus but not required.

2. Long-Form YouTube Educator (Aptitude & Competitive Exams)

As a YouTube Educator, you will create long-form educational videos on aptitude and competitive exam topics.

Example Content

• Solving previous year aptitude questions
• Topic-wise question solving sessions
• Quantitative aptitude concept explanations
• Logical reasoning shortcuts and tricks
• Exam syllabus breakdowns (SSC CGL, Banking, placements, etc.)
• Strategy videos for preparation

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking in English or Hinglish on camera
• Strong aptitude/problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with at least one competitive exam or placement preparation ecosystem
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and engagingly
• Basic video recording setup (good audio preferred)

Preferred Candidates

Students or graduates who have prepared forat least one of the exams:

• Placement aptitude tests
• SSC CGL
• Banking exams

Compensation

• 7000/- month (open to freelancing model as well)
